Stem usually 5 – 8 cm high, ± 2 cm in diameter, rarely branching.
茎：5-8cm高，2cm左右直径，茎部很少分枝。
Rosettes 6 – 7 cm in diameter and high.

Leaves ovate-acuminate, acute, ± 3 – 3.5 x 2 – 2.5 cm, to 1 cm thick, sharp-edged, obscurely keeled on the back, light olive-green, heavily mottled and spotted with irregular reddish-brown markings, margin translucent, unspotted.
叶：卵形-渐尖形，尖端锐利；±3至3.5cm长，2-2.5cm宽，1cm厚；边缘锐利，背部隐约有一条脊线；淡橄榄绿色，颜色斑驳，有红棕色的不规则斑点；边缘半透明，无斑点。
Inflorescence a cincinnus, unbranched, to 20 cm tall, pedicels to 12 mm.
花序：蝎尾状聚伞花序，不分叉，最高20cm；花梗约12mm。
Flowers : Sepals appressed, corolla globose-urceolate, to 12 mm long, rose below, scarlet above, yellow at the tips.
花：花萼平贴，花冠为球状-瓮状，12mm高，底部玫瑰红，上部猩红色，顶端黄色。
